William Hare Abu Dhabi Gymkhana clinch thriller

Tahir Butt and Irfan Haider produced devastating spells to guide William Hare Abu Dhabi Gymkhana to a narrow two-wicket victory over Rufi Real Estate in the 23rd Sharjah Ramadan Tournament for the Interface Transworld Cup at the Sharjah stadium on Sunday night.
Tahir had an impressive return of four for 15 while Irfan conceded only four runs for his three wickets as Rufi Real Estate, put in to bat, were shot out for 97 in the 24th over on the sixth day of the 25-overs-a-side tournament which is organised by the Sharjah Cricket Council and supported by 106.2 HUM FM and CBFS as associate sponsors.
Only Waseem (26 off 20 balls with five fours), Rohan Mustafa (16 off 29 balls) and Shoaib (15 not out) offered some noteworthy resistance.
The Abu Dhabi team also stuttered and stumbled during the run chase but managed to clinch the tense thriller with just three balls to spare.
Saqib Shah (23 off 27 balls) and Haroon Iftikhar (23 off 58 balls) and Faisal (15) chipped in for the winners.
Rohan claimed two for 24.
