Madrid to steal Agger from Liverpool

Mourinho looking to reinforce his backline at Bernebeu

Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers' resolve to retain their top players will be tested with Daniel Agger being targeted by Real Madrid, according to the Mirror.

AC Milan are eyeing a loan move for Andy Carroll but Rodgers may not be willing to lose another defender with Manchester City also keen on Martin Skrtel.

Agger, 27,  has won the FA Cup, the Carling Cup and reached the Champions League Final with Liverpool since arriving there six years ago.

Real boss Jose Mourinho is already understood to be closing in on Spurs midfielder Luka Modric and is looking to reinforce his backline at the Bernebeu.

Sigurson is not yet a worldclass player, we should stop worrying about him. If we really want 2 play in the champions league, then we should think big, make quality additions and erradicate british flops

Are you sure Vijay???? For aslong as i can remember being a Liverpool fan. Players have turned down joining us. As far back as Roy Keane joining utd. It happens. Stop being so melodramatic and get behind the boss.

Mourinho must just leave our players alone Agger is one of our biggest assets so there's no way we can loose him to Madrid we must hold on tight and tie him down to another long term contract for his value to rocket sky high....MOURINHO back off please

For me the destruction of LIVERPOOL is just starting with a new manager and owners with evil minds,it's never happened before that players are rejecting offers to play for LIVERPOOL,
