IPL DD v SRH: Delhi Daredevils win last-ball thriller

Delhi Daredevils pulled off a thrilling last-ball win over table toppers Sunrisers Hyderabad by six wickets on Friday to stay in the hunt for a Playoff spot.

Chasing a target of 159, Delhi got over the line thanks to a unbeaten knock fo 83 off 59 balls from Karun Nair who cracked two boundaries off the last two balls from Bhuvneshwar Kumar when 11 was needed off the last over.

Nair slammed three sixes and eight boundaries and was associated in a partnership of 73 with Rishabh Pant (31) as Delhi made 161 for four.

Earlier, a belligerent half century from David Warner (73 off 56 balls) helped Sunrisers Hyderabad make 158-7 after being put into bat by Delhi Daredevils.

Warner cracked eight boundaries and a six during his knock.

Warner gets into his stride cracking Yadav for a couple of boundaries. SRH 10-0, 2 overs.

Daredevils have won the toss and put Sunrisers into bat.

Delhi have made two changes with Braithwaite coming for Morris and Negi for Iyer.

For Sunrisers, Sran is in for Nehra and Eoin Morgan for Ben Cutting.

SRH will get an opportunity to seal a playoff spot.

A win for DD will keep alive their chances of qualifying.

Sunrisers have a 5-2 win-loss record in IPL matches against the Daredevils who won earlier this season.
