Yasin stars as Ibsons CC beat Interface in 41st Bukhatir League

Naveed Yasin was unlucky to miss out on a century by a single run but his stellar knock helped Ibsons CC edge past Interface Transworld by one-wicket in a Group B match of the 41st Bukhatir League for Interface Cup 2015.

The tournament is organised by Sharjah Cricket Council.

Chasing 263 to win under lights at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium, Yasin scored a superb unbeaten 99 of 95 deliveries, an innings studded with 10 boundaries and two sixes as Ibsons CC made 266 for nine in 49.5 overs.

Earlier winning the toss and opting to bat, Interface Transworld made 262 all out in 47 overs.
Bilal Irshad top scored with 78 hitting five boundaries and four sixes.

Yasin ran through the middle order claiming four wickets in his eight overs.
