ETATS-UNIS, Charlotte: After last week's GOP convention, it's now time for the Democrats to officially - and unsurprisingly - name Barack Obama as their presidential candidate. But unlike the Republican meeting, which was guarded by heavy security, the DNC kicked off with a street party open to everyone.
