A shirt-less Arab man stopped his car in the middle of the road, stepped out and started swimming in water that covered roads, following heavy rain in several Arab countries over the past week.
The Kuwaiti Arabic language daily Al Anba, which carried the film, said it was shot in an Arab country but did not specify that country.
A brief YouTube film shows the man emerging out of his car in shorts and a towel wrapped on his shoulders.
He then dumps the towel inside the car and throws his slippers in the back of the vehicle, before diving in the shallow water amidst laughter by friends who apparently were shooting the film.
