CSKA Sofia striker Michel Platini who sparked a mass brawl in a friendly against Dinamo Bucharest, has signed with the Romanian club.
The 28-year-old Brazilian, who shares his name with the current UEFA president, reacted badly after he was fouled by Laurentiu Rus, kicking him and punching several other Bucharest players.
The Romanians were impressed by Platini’s football skills, that despite his outburst, they signed the striker on a three-year deal.
The hot-tempered Brazilian travelled back to Romania with his new team, but the club’s officials kept his presence a secret from the rest of the squad as a precaution.
