A Pakistani man was caught on camera sauntering in the late hours of night in a Saudi neighborhood before he started to dance and make bizarre moves.

A Saudi who was returning home in the Southern Wadi Al Dawasir town filmed the man after noticing he was not normal.

When he came close and asked him if he has any problem, the man made incomprehensible movements and chanted “God is Great.”

“The man who filmed that Pakistani said he could be suffering from mental problems or that he had committed a crime,” said 'Sabq' daily, which published the film.
