Woman steals hair, while baby falls off stroller

A woman shoplifter will spend five years behind bars for stealing hair.

Williams and her two accomplices are seen trying to steal more than $800 in hair weaves.

She even got into an altercation with the shop owner and hit him with her shoe.

In the melee that ensued, her baby in the stroller falls down, too.

One of her accomplices pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and the other suspect’s case is still pending.
