World's tattoo artists meet in Venezuela

VENEZUELA, Caracas: Over 200 tattoo artists from some ten countries gathered in the Venezuelan capital Caracas on Saturday to show off their skills - which also include under-skin implants and piercings - at the second annual Venezuelan Expo Tattoo event.
