16 prisoners to be released in UAQ

His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, UAE Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Quwain, has ordered release of 16 prisoners serving terms in the emirate's penitentiaries.

The clemency is granted for eligible prison inmates to mark the advent of the holy month of Ramadan.
