Azizi launches new project in Al Furjan

Azizi Developments, a Dubai-based developer, has launched Dh135 million Azizi.Iris Residence in Al Furjan master development.

“Construction work on the tower has been started and expected to be completed in December 2015,” Mohsen Kamel, Chief Executive Officer, Azizi Developments, said in a statement.

The residential project will comprise 99 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments with all modern facilities.

Emirates 24|7 had reported in June that the developer will be investing over Dh2.5 billion in the emirate's realty market by launching 10 new residential towers and seven hotel/hotel apartment towers in Al Furjan.

Azizi Developments has already re-launched three projects –Yasamine, Feirouz and Azizi.Liatris – in Al Furjan.

“Each single unit in Azizi.Iris Residence is a great opportunity for institutional investors as well as individuals with the aim of a long-term investment opportunity while having a real estate asset in Dubai’s top residential destination of Al Furjan,” Kamel said.

SS Lootah has been appointed the construction company.

According to the developer, it is the biggest sub-developer within Al Furjan master development and plans to launch new seven hotel apartments this year additional to various projects under construction on Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Heath Care City.
