Dubai Properties announces project at Mudon

Dubai Properties, a member of Dubai Properties Group, has announced the appointment of Condor Building Contracting LLC to develop a 20,000 sq metre retail and leisure community centre in its Mudon community located in Dubailand.

The centre will consist of a grocery, a nursery and 14 leasable retail units including a cafe and family restaurant with outdoor seating, kiosks and a medical clinic, all of which are designed to accommodate the needs of Mudon residents. It will also include various outdoor facilities such as a swimming pool, two tennis courts, a children’s playground, and parking space for visitors.

The project is planned for completion by early 2015.
