Dubai's Madinat Jumeirah hotel to add 430 rooms

Dubai-based luxury hotel company Jumeirah Group, a member of Dubai Holding, has revealed during a GCC roadshow that the 5-star Madinat Jumeirah Arabian resort is set to get hundreds of additional rooms.

The hotel group briefed guests about the 430-room extension of Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai, which it said will represent the completion of the resort. Spread across 40 hectares, Madinat Jumeirah is the largest resort in the emirate, and is designed to resemble a traditional Arabian town.

Members of the top travel trade, tour operators, travel agencies and clients were updated with the most recent developments and offerings across the group’s 22 properties around the world. Jumeirah said that, within the next five years, it will be opening additional hotels in St. Petersburg, Dubai, Jordan, China, Bali and Oman.
