Emirates reopens RAK office
Emirates officially reopened its Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) sales office on Tuesday after extensive refurbishment.
The office was formally reopened with a ribbon cutting ceremony by His Highness Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al-Maktoum, Chairman and Chief Executive, Emirates Airline & Group, Sheikh Omar Bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Sheikh Faisal bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Chairman of RAK Finance Department and RAK Free Trade Zone, Sheikh Ahmed bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Chairman of RAK Customs and Ports Department, Sheikh Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Chairman of RAK Civil Aviation, Sheikh Omar Abdulla Al Qasimi.
The event was also attended by senior Emirates executives and local media.
“Ras Al Khaimah is an important market for Emirates and this refurbishment is reflective of our commitment to offer our customers access to the best customer service amenities. We understand that even in this age of internet and phone bookings, many customers still prefer or enjoy face-to-face interaction, and our experienced, well-trained staff provide solutions to our passengers’ complex travel requirements,” said Sheikh Ahmed.
“The Ras Al Khaimah sales office was one of the first to open in the UAE and has consistently played a key role in our strong sales from the emirate.”
The renovated office has been overhauled in line with Emirates’ rigorous brand standards. Covering 112 square metres the office features eight customer service desks dedicated to flight bookings, Emirates Holidays reservations and general customer enquiries.
