UAE’s Samawy Marine eyes international markets
Samawy Marine, the UAE-owned marine company renowned for building boats with the highest standards of design and craftsmanship, has announced that it is conducting exclusive presentations about its latest sports boat and value-added services during the ongoing Dubai International Boat Show 2012, as part of efforts to further strengthen the company’s presence in the local and international markets.
Samawy Marine further revealed that it plans to appoint dealers in the region in line with its strategy to bring its products closer to its target audiences. It also announced that it is already engaged in serious negotiations with potential customers, and expects to sign major deals during the course of the event.

Samawy Marine is unveiling its newest sports boat Samawy 44 at the Dubai International Boat Show. Featuring an open console, the boat is most suitable for fishing, scuba diving and leisure day trips with the family, although given its sturdy and sleek design, it can also be used for rescue operations, patrolling, military operations, special tactic use and special force use. Samawy 44 has already generated strong interest among high-end consumers and water-sports enthusiasts at the Boat Show. A demonstration of Samawy 44’s special features and functionalities is being conducted during the event along with sea trial opportunities.
The Samawy 44 can achieve a top-speed of 42 knot. The boat measures 14.4 meters in length and its beam is 3.9 meters wide. It features three 350hp outboard max engines or 370 hp internal combustion engines. The Samawy 44 has a fuel capacity of 1,800 litres.
