DIB Holding announced on Wednesday that the final price for its initial public offering (IPO) on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) has been set at AED1.12 per share, following the successful completion of the book-building and subscription process on November 3, 2026.
According to a company statement, the total value of the offering is approximately AED1.9 billion ($529 million), implying a market valuation of approximately AED9.7 billion ($2.6 billion) at the time of listing.
The company said the offering attracted strong interest from local, regional and international investors, with subscription requests significantly exceeding the number of shares on offer.
Dubai Investment Corporation, the selling shareholder, offered 1.735 billion ordinary shares, representing 20% of DIB Holding's issued share capital, while retaining an 80% stake in the company after the offering. All shares offered are existing shares owned by the selling shareholder, and the net proceeds from the offering will accrue to it.
The final offering price equates to an expected dividend yield of approximately 7.5% upon listing, based on expected annual cash dividends of AED725 million for the 2027 financial year.
The company expects to distribute annual cash dividends of AED700 million, AED725 million and AED750 million for the financial years 2026, 2027 and 2028, respectively. Dividends are expected to be paid on a semi-annual basis, subject to board recommendation, shareholder approval and regulatory considerations.
The first post-IPO dividend of AED350 million is expected to be paid in April 2027 for the second half of 2026, allowing eligible shareholders to benefit from profits for the entire period, rather than only the period following the listing.
Listing on the Dubai Financial Market
The offering, listing and commencement of trading of the ordinary shares on the Dubai Financial Market are expected to take place on November 11, 2026, under the trading symbol "DIP" and the International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) "AEE02089D257", subject to market conditions and the necessary regulatory approvals in the UAE, including approval for listing and trading on the market.
According to the company, both the selling shareholder and DIB Holding will be subject to a 180-day lock-up period following the listing, subject to customary exceptions.
