Dubai: Salik Company, Dubai's exclusive toll gate operator, and Shamal Holding have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enable seamless parking payments at Dubai Harbour's new multi-storey parking facility, Harbour West Car Park, starting from 13th July 2026.
The agreement was signed by Ibrahim Sultan Al Haddad, Chief Executive Officer of Salik, and Abdulla Binhabtoor, Chief Executive Officer of Shamal Holding, in the presence of executives from both organisations.
Under the partnership, Salik will provide a digital parking payment solution at Dubai Harbour's new nine-storey parking facility in collaboration with Parkonic, allowing visitors to pay parking fees directly through their Salik accounts without the need for traditional payment methods.
The integration is expected to improve entry and exit processes, support smoother traffic flow, reduce travel times and enhance the overall customer experience.
The new facility spans nine floors with a total built-up area of 31,487 square metres, including rooftop parking, and provides 845 parking spaces serving Dubai Harbour and nearby destinations such as Dubai Marina, Marina Walk, Jumeirah Beach Residence, Dubai Media City and Dubai Internet City.
Al Haddad said the partnership marks another milestone in Salik's expansion beyond tolling services into a broader mobility and digital payments platform.
Binhabtoor said the initiative aligns with Dubai Harbour's vision of delivering a seamless visitor experience by simplifying how people arrive, park and move through the destination.
The partnership supports both organisations' efforts to advance smart mobility solutions and aligns with Dubai's ambition to become one of the world's smartest and most connected cities.
