Aldar announces pre-leasing for Trust Tower

Aldar on Tuesday announced that Trust Tower, its commercial office development, is now available for pre-lease where tenants can start their fit-out on a phased basis from November 2011 prior to officially opening in mid-2012.

Located in the heart of Abu Dhabi city, tower provides an ideal location for corporate tenants wishing to benefit from premises that blend commercial connectivity with the premium housing and a wide range of shops and facilities that will be on offer at Central Market in downtown Abu Dhabi.

The building offers 59-levels, 72,000m2 of flexible office space at the heart of Abu Dhabi. Its design allows tenants to occupy space at a density of 1:10, up to 40 per cent more efficient than the average density for other grade A offices in Abu Dhabi, meeting the needs of tenants looking to maximize floor space in the current market, according to Aldar in an emailed statement.

Designed by leading British architect Lord Norman Foster, the building includes a number of distinctive features that fit the needs of demanding international corporations. These include an 'intelligent' facade that controls light levels into the building for cooling purposes; a state-of-the-art vertical transportation system with three banks of double-deck lifts providing high-speed access for large numbers of occupants to all levels of the building; and flexibility in the ceiling design that enables tenants to efficiently customise their office space.

The tower is one of the few buildings in Abu Dhabi that is designed to internationally accepted Grade A standards which enables incoming tenants to minimise both expenditure and time during their fit-out.
