British HM Consul General in Dubai H.E. Edward Hobart visited Al Maya Supermarkets in Dubai.
Al Maya operates more than 35 Supermarkets in the Gulf and plans to open more and more Supermarkets in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and other Emirates.
Al Maya Group has been importing a wide range of British food products, like Diary products, Snacks and Confectionary, Butchery ingredients, Fresh juices, Canned food, Oil & Vinegar, Cereal & Long life Milk, Tea, Coffee & Jam, Baking & Flour, Pickles & Sauces, Health food, Baby Food and House Ware & Gift articles, informed Mr Kamal Vachani. Mr Kamal Vachani, Group Director of Al Maya Group welcomed and informed HM Consul General that our team regularly visits food trade exhibitions in UK for sourcing new product range from time to time.
During last year’s Gulfood, British delegation visited Al Maya Supermarkets and interacted with one to one meetings with Al Maya Group and Al Maya Group assured full support to the Suppliers from the U.K. to introduce their products through Al Maya Supermarkets and will continue to do their best to promote British food produce in their Supermarkets.
