Grading works for the entire 750-acre (31 million sqft) Town Square development has begun the contract for earthwork valued at Dh22 million has been awarded to Al Naboodah Contracting.
The scope of work covers the areas including Zahra and Hayat Townhouses and Zahra Apartments that have been launched to strong investor response from end-user home-owners.
