EFS wins FM contracts of over Dh100m in Abu Dhabi

EFS Facilities Services, a UAE-based facilities management (FM) service provider, has won contracts of over Dh100 million from Abu Dhabi-based institutions.
The latest wins include projects from the Abu Dhabi General Services - Musanada; and twofour54, a subsidiary of Media Zone Authority, Abu Dhabi.

Musanada awarded EFS a contract worth approximately Dh63 million for three years cleaning of more than 480 mosques in Abu Dhabi. The company already manages more than 640 mosques from a previous contract worth Dh72 million where the company provides electrical, mechanical and plumbing facilities management services.

EFS was also awarded a three-year contract to provide facilities management services to all the twofour54 properties in Abu Dhabi.
The company has also won a contract for a large staff accommodation where it will provide integrated FM services.

“These new projects based in Abu Dhabi are strategically very important for EFS, the projects reinforce our commitment to strengthen the company’s presence in the Emirate,” said Tariq Chauhan, Group Managing Director, EFS Facilities Services.
