Low-cost Dubai carrier flydubai said it has signed an eight-year sale and leaseback agreement on a Boeing 737-800 NG aircraft valued at $80 million at list price with MC Aviation Partners (MCAP).
This will be flydubai's tenth new Boeing 737-800 NG aircraft in 2011.
The carrier also said in a statement that it will soon be approaching lenders for its 2012 financing requirements.
Flydubai started commercial flights in June 2009.
