To support the UAE and Middle East region meet its growing energy demand in a sustainable and efficient manner, GE is highlighting its innovative portfolio of energy and water technology and service solutions for government and private sector customers at the 2012 Water, Energy, Technology and Environment Exhibition (Wetex) conference, held at the Dubai International Convention & Exhibition Center from March 13-15.
Held under the patronage of Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and UAE Minister of Finance and hosted by the Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (Dewa), the theme at this year’s Wetex is ‘Element to Elemental.’

GE’s Keramat Fakhari is among GE’s representatives scheduled to share GE’s new technological advancements. Fakhari will be highlighting GE’s advanced power generation solutions at the conference: ‘Recent Advancement in Gas Turbine Fuel Flexibility.’ In addition, GE’s Wajdi Ahmed, will share his insights on Smart Grid Technology on the panel for Energy & Environment, moderated by Dewa.
