The business, which will maintain the name Litwin PEL / part of the MIS Group of Companies for a three year period, will continue to be led by its Chief Executive Officer, Pierre Leretz.

“This move builds on the strategic initiative that MIS launched in 2009 to bolster its engineering capability and grow its EPC business with the establishment of Energy Projects International (EPI). EPI strategic objectives include the establishment of a strong presence in Abu Dhabi and other key markets, to enable MIS to participate in the region’s major oil and gas development programme scheduled for implementation in the coming few years. Litwin, with a current staff of just under 200 people, adds to MIS’ existing capabilities in engineering,” said a statement.
