Serghey Tokarev, General Manager of Russian Emirates Publishing House and one of the initiators of the Russian Business Council, said: “It took us several months to get the Russian Business Council operative in Dubai and the Northern Emirates. On behalf of the Russian business community I would like to thank the representatives of Dubai Chamber who supported and cooperated in the establishment of the council.”
