Emaar launches 2nd phase of Mulberry at Park Heights

Emaar Properties will launch sale of the second phase of Mulberry at Park Heights, the first residential complex in Dubai Hills Estate, on March 15.

The launch follows strong investor response to the first phase of the project launched simultaneously in the UAE, Gulf Cooperation Council and London.

Dubai Hills Estate is developed by a joint venture of Meraas Holding and Emaar Properties in Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR City) The second phase of Mulberry at Park Heights features around 330 premium quality apartments with an 18-hole championship golf course, a tennis academy, an outdoor pool for adults and kids, and jogging and bicycle tracks.

The project will also feature open courtyards with water features, providing a warm welcome, with the homes designed to enjoy ample natural lighting.

Residents will have access to amenities including a shopping mall, hotels, schools, multipurpose community hall, fitness centre with steam and sauna rooms, children’s play areas, and communal spaces.

Emaar will launch sale of the second phase simultaneously in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Baku and Hong Kong.

Online registration will commence on March 12, 2014, at 10am, at www.emaar.com.

 Sales will be held on March 15 at Emaar Pavilion on Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, in Dubai, and at the Emaar Sales Centre in Al Nahda Tower, in Abu Dhabi, at 10am.

The sale in Baku will be held at The Fairmont Baku at the Flame Towers at 10am and the Hong Kong sale will be held at the Island Shangri-La, Pacific Place, Supreme Court Road at 2pm.
