Emaar Square office project launched in Saudi Arabia

Emaar Middle East, the developer of projects in Saudi Arabia, has launched Emaar Square, a dedicated commercial precinct in Jeddah Gate, its flagship mixed-use project.

The commercial project brings to Jeddah the “Emaar Square” office developments in Dubai, Istanbul and Cairo, which have received overwhelming response from international investors.

The three dedicated office buildings of five floors each, which make up the Emaar Square commercial development, are set around Crescent Plaza, a lifestyle destination with luxury retail outlets and an array of F&B choices.

Additional retail and F&B are available on the lower levels of the three Emaar Square buildings.

At the heart of the Plaza is a water feature with the Emaar Square offices opening to views of the fountain.

Commercial customers can choose from offices that range in size from 250 to 400 square metres, in addition to a special showcase of office suites ranging in size from 500 to about 735 square metres with glass walls offering panoramic views.

Office-goers can purchase homes in the newly launched Abrjah Al Hilal 2 residential towers in Jeddah Gate. The first homes in the first phase of Abraj Al Hilal residential towers have been handed over.

Emaar Middle East has also handed over residences in Al Khobar Lakes, a premier master-planned community in the Eastern Province, in Al Nada Village. Another key project is the Emaar Residences at Fairmont Makkah, located on the Haram Plaza, offering views of the Holy Kaaba and Haram.
