Emirates Group awards massive bonus after record financial performance
Employees to receive 20 weeks’ salary as workforce expands globally and Emirati talent surpasses 4,000

Dubai: Emirates Group has granted a bonus to its employees following the record financial results it achieved during its fiscal year that ended last March.
According to sources within the Group, the bonus is equivalent to 20 weeks’ salary and will be paid to employees through the official payroll schedule.
The Group’s total workforce grew by 8% during the past fiscal year, reaching 130,919 employees, as Emirates Airline and dnata continued global recruitment programs to support operational expansion and enhance readiness for the next phase. At the same time, the number of Emirati nationals within the Group exceeded 4,000 employees.
