His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, has announced that the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) has achieved an exceptional performance during the first quarter of 2026, consolidating a strong start to the current year and consolidating its position as a leading global financial centre.
"775 new companies joined the Centre with an annual growth of 62%, in addition to the increase in family enterprises by 108%, and the growth of financial institutions licenses by 21%," he added.
