Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, affirmed at the opening of the Make it in the Emirates (MIITE) 2026 exhibition that the UAE has proven over the past years to be an international model in its ability to overcome crises and promote stability and growth. He noted that the country's current motto is "Everyone in the UAE is Emirati," reflecting the spirit of belonging and partnership among all residents.
His Excellency emphasised that the UAE's advanced infrastructure and economic resilience are fundamental pillars for sustainable growth. He affirmed that economic partnerships built on trust and transparency will remain steadfast and unwavering, further solidifying the UAE's position as a global hub for business and investment.
Regarding the energy sector and the national strategy, he explained that the UAE continues to develop its approach in this vital sector in a way that serves its national interests and long-term goals, noting that this approach aims to accelerate the pace of investment and expansion and create added value for the national economy, while maintaining the country’s position as a reliable and responsible partner in global energy markets.
In this context, His Excellency stressed that the UAE will remain committed to its role as a key and active partner in international energy markets, emphasising the continuation of the approach of cooperation and balance in this strategic sector.
