Goat herder caught smuggling and distributing heroin

Abu Dhabi’s Police arrested a goat herder of Asian origins on the charge of possessing and distributing heroin, according to Emaratalyoum.
 
Tahir Al Dhahiri, who is the head of Abu Dhabi Police’s Drugs Combatting Division said that an investigative team was formed after it was assured that the convicted was distributing capsules containing heroin to individuals of Asian origins.
 
He was caught with narcotic pills in his pocket, and after his arrest he confessed to his crimes and directed the police to where hid the heroin capsules. He also gave details on how he distributed these narcotics.
 
Based on the instructions of drug dealers abroad, he would bury the narcotics in a particular location; the dealers abroad would then direct the users to the location of the buried drugs only after they’ve transferred money to them.
