3 accused of stealing mosque charity money

Three Arab men are facing trial in Ras Al Khaimah on charges of breaking into a mosque and stealing charity money from a donation box.

Police arrested the three after investigation into the incident showed they were involved in the burglary in January, according to the Arabic language daily 'Al Bayan'.

In court, the three denied the charges although police had evidence they were involved in the theft. The judge on Sunday decided to adjourn hearings to March 23.
