3 years in jail for touching woman

A criminal court in Fujeirah sentenced an Asian man to three years in prison and ordered his deportation from the UAE after he was convicted of sneaking into a house at night and touching a woman’s body while asleep.

Fujeirah police had arrested the unidentified man after a report by the Asian woman that he sneaked into her bed room and caressed her body.

“The woman told court that she was asleep when the man entered her bed room and started caressing sensitive parts of her body,” Alkhaleej daily said.
