4 streetwalkers jailed in RAK, to be deported

A court in Ras Al Khaimah sentenced four African women to three months in jail and ordered their deportation from the UAE after they were convicted of indulging in prostitution, a newspaper reported on Thursday.

Police had arrested the four red-handed as they solicited customers on a street in the northern emirate to have sex with them for money.

The four were accused of seduction and incitement to indulge in vice in return for money, the Arabic language daily Alkhaleej said.
