6 months in jail for stealing auto spare part

A court in Khorfakkan sentenced an Asian garage worker to six months in prison after he was found guilty of stealing an auto spare part from the garage.

Police arrested the worker after his employer accused him of stealing the item and selling it in the market without his knowledge.

The defendant confessed to the theft in court, which also ordered him to pay a fine.
