Downtown red signal jumper kills 1

An Arab man was killed and three others injured in a traffic accident that took place near the Downtown area on Monday.

According to media reports the accident occurred due to vehicles jumping a red signal.

According to local media reports, the accident took place when the driver of the vehicle, identified as HSH, 70, collided with a car at an intersection.

The other car was driven by an unidentified woman who was also severely injured.

The accident killed the HSH, while his wife, 57, and his son, 23, sustained several injuries.

Police patrols and ambulances were dispatched to the scene. The deceased and the injured were moved to Al Ain Hospital.
