Dubai teen molested by dad's flat mate

A Filipino father of a teenager was shocked when heard his daughter talking about a sexual affair with her friend.

It turned out that his flat mate had molested her, so he sued him.

According to the records, BB, 35, store supervisor was sitting in the living room on last October 19, while his 13-year-old daughter was talking to a friend over the phone.

“She captured my attention when I heard her talking about intimate relationship stuff. She is so young to know all that. And, as I was sure that there was something wrong, I asked her to hang up the phone and confronted her with what I have heard,” said the father.

The teenager broke down crying unable to utter a single word and rushed to the kitchen and pulled a napkin on which she wrote: “I am afraid of what happened in Bur Dubai flat’.

The father started talking to her about that and after a long conversation, his daughter revealed the secrete and what had happened in the flat that they were sharing with a compatriot civil engineer NK, 36.

“After several attempts, my daughter finally told me that NK, who was sharing with us the flat, had repeatedly molested… she was scared of telling anyone as he ordered her not to do that,” the father told investigators.

The girl’s condition was very bad and so her father took her to a psychiatrist in Rashid Hospital. The father was advised to lodge a complaint with the police and so he did.

The girl told investigators that the first time she was molested by NK was when she was returning home with him after meeting him at the supermarket.

“while we were in the lift, he started kissing and groping me. Two days after the incident and while my parents were at work, NK molested me again,” she told investigators.

NK was arrested and confronting him with the allegations, he admitted to molesting the girl in March and April 2012.

However, he denied the accusation when appeared before the Court which will reconvene on April 3.
