A court in Fujairah sentenced an Emirati man to four months in jail and ordered him to pay blood money after he was convicted in the accidental killing of his own brother and another Emirati, the press said on Tuesday.
The defendant had used an unlicensed gun to shoot in the air during a wedding in the eastern emirate, causing the death of the two.
The court also fined him Dh6,000 for possessing unlicensed weapon.
