Fatal over-speeding in Sharjah: Driver rams truck

In yet another case of over speeding a 39-year-old man died on Wednesday afternoon when his car rammed into a parked truck.

According to Sharjah Police, the deceased from the Comoro Islands, was driving a Corolla Toyota along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road opposite to Al Hamriya Free Zone, when he lost control.

Police said the accident occurred due to over speeding. The driver lost control of the wheel and collided with the parked truck.
 
No sooner the police received an alert of the accident than rescue team rushed to the site.
 
But the impact of the collision was such that the driver died inside his car itself.
 
Sharjah Police has urged drivers to respect speed limits.

The body has been transferred to the morgue.
