Four arrested for setting vehicles on fire

Four people have been arrested by Sharjah Police for setting vehicles ablaze intentionally.

According to a report in 'Al Khaleej', the suspects including three Emiratis have been booked for setting fire to three cars and a bus in Maghaidar area of Kalba’a.

The main accused - SSY, 37, has been charged for arson and causing damage to public property.  While, HAB, AHA and MRA (who does not possess an ID card) have been charged for being accomplices to the crime and not reporting the same to police.

Three defendents said they were in the car of the main accused while the latter went about setting vehicles on fire.

The case has been transferred to the public prosecution.
