Garbage room CCTV sees 2 men having sex

Two Iranian men were captured on camera having consensual sex in the garbage room of a building and each blamed the other for forcing him into sex.

While watching the building’s CCTV cameras last January 31, security guard TJ, 24, Nigerian, saw two men entering the building, going to the sixth floor and then entering the garbage room.

“I immediately turned on the cameras in the garbage room and saw the two men having sex. I asked other security staff to go to the sixth floor and restrain the two. I also called the police who arrived and arrested them,” TJ told investigators.

One of the two men, 62-year-old MZ told the police that he was forced into sex by QG, 32.“I am a sailor and came to the country on a business trip. I met QG in a public park and, being from the same country, we started chatting. QG asked me if I am interested in accompanying him to a computer shop. I went with him. He took me to a building where I thought the shop is located. He dragged me to the garbage room and got undressed, MZ told prosecutors.

MZ claimed that the younger man had sought sex with him but he had refused, pushed him away and walked towards the door when the security guard entered the garbage room.

“He asked me for sex, I told him that I am old and had no interest with such things. Then I stepped towards the door to leave the room. At this time, the security guards opened the door and caught me,” MZ told investigators.

QG, in turn, blamed MZ for forcing him into sex. He told investigators the same story as MZ but in which he was the victim. “After taking me to a building and climbing to the sixth floor, he dragged me into the garbage room. He took off his trousers and started kissing me on my cheeks while telling me that he wanted to have sex with me. While he was doing that, the guards opened the door and caught both of us,” QG told investigators.

DNA tests showed that the two had sex. Confronting the accused with the test report, QG admitted to having sex before investigators. However, he denied the charge when he appeared before the Misdemeanour Court.

MZ also denied having consensual sex in the Court.

The Court adjourned the case until May 6.
