Man found hanging in Sharjah industrial zone

A 40-year-old Asian man was found hanging at a construction site in Sharjah’s industrial zone 12 and initial police reports suggest he had hanged himself.

Police went to the area after receiving a call from workers that the man was hanging inside his room at the site and that his body has started to decompose.

The Arabic language daily Albayan said police took the body to the coroner and that preliminary investigation showed he had committed a suicide.

“Police said they are still investigating the case as they found bruises on the body…they are investigating the possibility of criminal act,” it said.
