Sex in hotel apartment leads to visitor's arrest

A Saudi man and an Uzbek woman have been accused of consensual sex and consuming alcohol, whereas the woman also faces charge of practising prostitution in the UAE.

BSA, 32, Saudi visitor, and DFR, 34, jobless Uzbek, were involved in sex in a furnished hotel apartment in Al Muraqqabat area.

The records did not mention how the two were arrested.

However, Criminal Evidences reported sperms of the accused on the DFR undergarments and the bed sheet and tissue papers in the apartment.

DFR confessed to practising prostitution.

The Court will issue its verdict on December 23.
