Site guard steals employer's scaffoldings

An alert police patrol that suspected a pick up van loaded with scaffoldings on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road at dawn on a Friday, discovered that the materials were stolen.
 
The policemen stopped the pickup and asked the driver and his companion about the scaffoldings.
 
The two workers looked very scared and confused, so the policemen suspected that the scaffoldings were stolen.
 
After their arrest, the two admitted that they had stolen the scaffoldings from the construction site where BA, 40, Bangladeshi, worked as a guard.
 
His compatriot driver, NM, 32, had paid Dh170 to the guard to transport the scaffoldings.

The court will give its sentence on August 11.
