Stunt driver arrested in Abu Dhabi after hitting a person

Abu Dhabi Police recently arrested a 19-year-old male on charges of reckless driving, resulting in injuries of a bystander.

The charges also include driving a vehicle with no number plates.

According to Arabic daily Emarat Al Youm, the young man took his car to perform dangerous stunts in front of a group of onlookers near one of the schools in Al Shamikha area.

Due to the wet weather, he lost control of his vehicle; this resulted in one of bystanders getting hit by the car.

Clips of his stunts were shared on social media.

The police urge youth not to perform such dangerous stunts.
