Three men drown off Ajman

Two Arab men and one Asian drowned while swimming in turbulent seas off Ajman despite warning boards installed by police.

Rescuers plucked out the three men and rushed them to hospital on Friday but they were dead on arrival, Alittihad daily said, quoting police.

“They drowned off Ajman Corniche because of strong currents and high waves,” it said without identifying the victims.
