Two 'fake' plastic surgeons jailed 3 years

An Abu Dhabi Court sentenced two Asian women to three years in prison  and ordered their deportation from the UAE after they were caught practicing plastic surgery without licence, newspapers reported on Monday.

The court convicted them after they agreed to perform a breast plastic surgery for a female police undercover at their centre in the capital.

One patient told court that they had undergone a breast operation at that centre for Dh14,000 in two sessions.

Newspapers said the prosecutor accused the two unnamed women of endangering the lives of others by practicing medicine without licence.
