Two force girl into car, molest her and then ask for her cash

An engineer, with the help of a clerk, molested a Japanese woman in their car, the Dubai Criminal Court heard.

MTT, 24, Lebanese, is accused of molesting MS, 23, after offering her a car lift to the airport. BMK, 24, Syrian, is accused of helping MTT in committing the crime.

MS testified that on December 12, 2011, at around 1.30am she went down her building to go to the airport. While she was waiting for a taxi, a car stopped and the two men offered her a lift. When she refused, BMK, who was sitting in the front seat, got down, picked her bag and put it in the car’s trunk. So she got into the car.
“At a traffic light the two men swapped their places and then MTT jumped to the back seat and started molesting me and tried to undress me. While I was resisting him and shouting, BMK raised the volume of the car’s radio so that no one hears me. After the physical assault, he asked me for money, I refused and they let me go,” she testified.

Police reported a sample of the victim’s hair in the car of the first accused. The two confessed to their crime.

The court adjourned the case for verdict until April 23.
