Two held with fake Saudi currency

Sharjah Police arrested two Arab nationals allegedly involved in smuggling fake Saudi currency into the country and trying to promote it.

On receiving a reliable tip off, the Criminal Investigation Department of Sharjah Police followed the duo and nabbed one of them while he was trying to promote the currency at some shops in Sharjah.

He led the cops to his accomplice in Ajman. Both the suspects have been referred to Publoic Prosecution.
